Jessica Simpson launched off the Spring 2011 Jessica Simpson “Show Me Your Blues” Jeanswear collection in New York City last September 7.

To celebrate her big night, Jessica and her new boyfriend Eric Johnson - who also attended the denim launch - headed out for a Big Apple dinner date.
